Common questions
Is Signal Deck financial advice?
No. Signal Deck publishes a statistical model's output, nothing more. It does not know your finances, goals, or tax position, and it never tells you to buy or sell. Treat every number here as one input among many, and talk to a licensed advisor before you act.
What does the prediction probability mean?
It's the model's estimated chance that a ticker outperforms the S&P 500 over the next trading day. A reading close to 50% is close to a coin flip.
How often do predictions update?
Once per trading day. A batch job runs after the close, refreshes prices and features, scores the tracked tickers, and publishes before the next open. Nothing on the predictions screen moves intraday; watchlist alerts do check live prices during market hours.
How do I change or turn off a watchlist alert?
Open the Alerts tab, go to Rules, and tap the rule you want to change. You can adjust the threshold and how sensitive it is to short-term price noise, or remove the rule entirely.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Account in the app and tap "Manage subscription," which takes you to your Apple ID subscription settings. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the App Store; we don't have a separate billing system.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account." This is permanent and removes your profile, watchlist, and settings. No app on hand? Use the web deletion page instead. See our Privacy Policy for what's kept and for how long.
